A project developed on the RSCOE certify road safety officers, and to set and publish the standard findings. Our scope was to support RSCOE in achieving its goals to rehabilitate and qualify specialized staff in road safety, study and understand the vital issues, and set up appropriate solutions for road problems and develop them through the circulating of standards and best practices that would reflect positively on practical and applied aspects. The center was to provide different activities leading to the creation of a professional nine-month diploma program in road safety that was to begin in 2009-2010 as well as to hold short duration training courses between 2 to 4 weeks to have started in the summer of 2008.
