Senior Account Executive
- The work is focused around creating and implementing digital and online campaigns that integrate marketing ideas with PR messages.
As a result, you feed into, and are fed by, marketing and PR teams, in a fluid and evolving environment.
- The role involves everything from social media, PR campaigns, blog comms and twitter management to viral video, websites, flash game creation, webcasts, podcasts, e-shots and even mobile applications.
- You'll have a hand in design process management with some in-house build as well as supplier relationships.
- A highly creative role, you'll be rewarded for your skill in uncovering new tools and techniques and putting them to use, as well as your ability to advise clients on best practice and help present the digital
potential of proposals at new business pitches.
- The initial focus of this role will be working on a sole account - a travel and tourism compay - managing their entire facebook operation. You'll therefore need to be highly facebook savvy and an excellent copy crafter.
To be considered for this role, you must display a history of relevant digital expertise and skills from within a PR or Marketing Communications environment to account executive or senior account executive level.

Sales Manager
Our Sales professionals work with a protected list of assigned accounts. You will sell advertising and marketing services to prospective business owners. As a consultant, you will assist business owners in identifying the most effective advertising and marketing strategies for placement in different medias.
Activities may include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;

Skills
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven pattern of success in media sales or advertising sales to business.
- Consistent record of outperforming quota in previous field sales position(s)
- Successful record of managing sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Engineering or related area is preferred.
- Strong understanding of graphic design and web development, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Exceptional skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, closing, organizational, and teamwork.
- Clear sense of integrity, work ethic and a sincere interest in building strong relationships based upon competency and trust.
- Entrepreneurial spirit that propels you to go the extra mile.
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and CRM a plus.
